Chronic Pain Awareness Survey
CIRPD is still running our Chronic Pain Awareness survey. We are seeking input from people with chronic or persistent pain to better understand what types of information resources you are seeking. By completing this online survey you can help define the tools and information most urgently needed by people suffering from chronic pain. This survey takes approximately 20-25 minutes to finish.
Please share this information with your friends, family and colleagues!
