    • Services available: We need a doctor’s referral with a diagnosis already established (referral for rehabilitation and pain management program). We provide interdisciplinary programs for treatment of chronic pain, consisting of : active physical therapies, reconditioning after a period of inactivity, pain and stress management techniques provided by a psychologist within the context of chronic pain, appropriate physical conditioning, development of functional capacities, functional exercises,etc. We are also able to organize for medical interventions (blocs, epidurals, infiltrations, etc.) with outside, collaborating specialists (with prescription from treating physician), within the context of a rehabilitation program with us.
