We are pleased to invite you and your constituents a valuable exploration of resources for pain self-management with Dr. Pam Squire’s presentation on, "The Pain Toolkit". This webinar is part of our educational series, “Chronic Pain, the Journey Forward” and is co-hosted by the Canadian Institute for the Relief of Pain and Disability (CIRPD), PainBC and the Canadian Pain Coalition (CPC). This free webinar series provides an opportunity for for people living with pain, as well as their families and healthcare providers to learn from top researchers and practitioners how to live well with chronic pain.

TOPIC: The Pain Toolkit: Tools for Self-management – with Dr. Pam Squire

This 30-minute webinar, co-sponsored by CIRPD, Pain BC and the Canadian Pain Coalition (CPC), will take us on a guided tour of the resources offered in the newly revised Pain Toolkit which has been co-authored by a collaborative of Canadian pain specialists, researchers and people living with pain.

This webinar will provide:

  • An overview of new resources & tools in the Pain Toolkit for self-managing and controlling pain. ,
  • A doctor’s perspective on how pain patients can work with their health providers.
  • An opportunity for audience participation through online polls and moderated Q&A
