Associations representing clients with painful conditions such as the Chronic Pain Association of Canada (CPAC), The Canadian RSD Society and The Arthritis Society designating one or more representatives.
$25.00 annually per membership

Academic & Professional Associations

(Not-For-Profit)
Any Canadian Non-Profit Association.
$100.00 annually per membership.

Corporate

Corporations including Pharmaceutical companies within Canada, designating one or more members within the company.
$500.00 per membership.
